2026 Charges

The Antifraud Technology (D) Working Group will:
1. Work with the �鶹ԭ�� to develop and maintain the �鶹ԭ�� Antifraud Plan Repository to be used by insurers to create and store an electronic fraud plan for distribution among the states/jurisdictions. Provide recommended updates to the Antifraud (D)Task Force by the 2026 Fall National Meeting.
2. Evaluate sources of antifraud data, and propose methods for enhancing the utilization and exchange of information among state insurance regulators, fraud investigative divisions, law enforcement officials, insurers, and antifraud organizations. Complete by the 2026 Fall National Meeting.
3. Work with �鶹ԭ�� and other vendors to enhance the effectiveness and usefulness of the �鶹ԭ�� Online Fraud Reporting System (OFRS).

Antifraud Plan Repository Workflow

The Antifraud Technology (D) Working Group has been working on their first charge which is to: Review and provide recommendations for the development of an Antifraud Plan Repository to be used by insurers to create and store an electronic fraud plan for distribution among the states/jurisdictions. To assist with this process the Working Group created a subject matter expert (SME) group to finalize the Antifraud Plan Repository Workflow document. The SME Group exposed the draft to the Antifraud Technology (D) Working Group on May 6, 2022.

The Working Group adopted the draft on May 19, 2022 and it was presented to the Antifraud (D) Task Force. The Task Force will hold a meeting on June 30, 2022 to review any comments received and potentially adopt the draft.

Antifraud Plan Repository Workflow

At this time the Online Fraud Reporting System (OFRS) is going through a redesign. The enhancements have been posted poned pending completion of the redesign.

As of 2013 the Antifraud Task Force began tracking and reporting on requests for enhancements to the Online Fraud Reporting System (OFRS), This new process with the Uniform System Enhancement Request (USER) process will ensure that all requests are acknowledged and tracked.

The �鶹ԭ�� understands that enhancement request(s) are open and transparent for public exposure. Therefore an ongoing USER Form Status Report will be updated and posted for changing progress.
