Virtual registrants: Login using the  to participate virtually.

All registered attendees will receive access to:

• Open hybrid meetings taking place during the Spring National Meeting
• Meeting agendas, materials, summaries, and meeting minutes for all open meetings within ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the national meeting
• Recordings of all open meetings taking place during the Spring National Meeting

Cancellation Policy
All meeting registration cancellations MUST be in writing to the �鶹ԭ�� Meetings Department by emailing meetingsmail@naic.org.

Refunds are issued accordingly:
Cancellation request by March 18: Full refund
Cancellation request after March 18: No refund

Registration fees are NOT transferable to future meetings. However, substitutions are accepted.

NOTE: If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as a flight cancellation, a death in your immediate family, a verifiable illness, or other verifiable medical necessity, please contact the �鶹ԭ�� Meetings Department to discuss possible alternatives. You must contact the �鶹ԭ�� within seven business days after the meeting for your request to be considered.

• Received after March 18: $1050
• First Time Local: $500
  First time to a national meeting AND work within 100 miles of San Diego, CA
  No refund is applicable at this special rate.

Registration requests received after March 18 will be handled on-site.

Virtual: $950

Virtual registration remains open through March 25.

Please have a credit card or check available for on-site registration. The �鶹ԭ�� accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

On-Site Registration: Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego during the following days and times:

• Saturday, March 21; 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PT
• Sunday, March 22; 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PT
• Monday, March 23; 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. PT
• Tuesday, March 24; 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT
• Wednesday, March 25; 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT
